Choose your ticket: Bronze, Silver or Gold (if you need more details on the different tickets, tap the “PRICES” button in the menu at the top of the page)
Input the number of persons/tickets
Choose the date and time: Select your preferred date and time slot for your visit. Once you have made your selection, tap/click the "book now" button.
Review your reservation: Take a moment to review the details of your reservation, including the date and time, type and number of tickets. Ensure everything is accurate before proceeding.
Proceed to checkout: Tap/click the "proceed to checkout" button to proceed with your reservation.
Input your information: Enter your personal details as required, including your name, contact information, and any additional information requested. To accumulate V-points, you will need to create an account by checking the box and creating a password. If you are not interested, skip that step.
Choose your payment method: We offer two convenient payment options: credit card online or cash/card on arrival. If you prefer to pay online, select the credit card option. However, if you choose to pay on arrival, please be aware that a $50 reservation fee will be applied. Please note that credit card payments also incur additional wi-pay fees.

Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant details of your reservation. Please ensure this email was received as it contains relevant information for your reservation. If it was not received, call us immediately.
