- To enter Virtual Reality, you’ll wear a headset that completely blocks your view of the real world and headphones that prevent outside sounds.
- You will be responsible for any damage caused to hardware or peripherals on the premises due to negligence.
- You’ll communicate with your party and our team through the built-in communications system.
- In case of any emergency, you’ll be alerted and should remove the headset and follow instructions from our team members.
Monitoring and Privacy:
- Your view of the virtual world can be displayed on monitors in our centers, but we can disable this feature upon request.
- Our team members always have access to the virtual view for monitoring and assistance.
- Some multiplayer experiences allow interaction with people from anywhere, so please be respectful of others and mindful of your actions and language.
Age Restrictions and Game Selection:
- Many titles have age ratings or suggestions.
- Players can choose any title, but it’s the player’s responsibility (or their guardian’s if under 18) to ensure the selected games are appropriate.
Image and Media Usage:
- The VR Zone reserves the right to use images, audio, and video captured on the premises for marketing purposes, including on social media – instagram.com/thevrzone_ or tik tok @thevrzone_ , television, press, and radio.
Reservation Policy:
- There are no refunds for incomplete reservation slots or missed time slots.
Complimentary Passes and Discounts:
- VR attendants do not have the authority to provide complimentary passes or discounts unless approved by management.
Large Reservations and Cancellations:
- Large reservations may require an advance payment to secure the date.
- Cancellations after confirmation may result in a 50% penalty.
Waiver and Assumption of Risks:
- The use of virtual reality equipment carries inherent risks, including dizziness, nausea, seizures, fear of heights, bumping into objects, and more.
- By participating in the VR experience, you are releasing The VR Zone Virtual Reality Arcade from any liability.
- The risks range from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including paralysis and death.
- Participants assume responsibility for their participation and release The VR Zone and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
Health and Pre-existing Conditions:
- Participants must be in good health and free from conditions that could be worsened by the VR experience or pose a risk to others.
- Risks may include seizures, eye strain, dizziness, impaired balance, nausea, fatigue, and more.
- These effects can persist even after the experience and may increase the risk of injury when engaging in real-world activities.
