Guidelines

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • Ensure you have a confirmed reservation for your visit.
    • Keep a copy of your booking confirmation (email & text) & payment receipts ready to show upon arrival.
    • Be prepared to present the name of the person that made the reservation.
  2. Arrival Time:
    • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and setup.
    • Reservations start and end promptly within the time slot you have chosen regardless of the time you arrive, so it is important that you arrive on time.
    • Parking is available for 2 vehicles only on our compound. Other vehicles can utilise street parking on Cornelio Street (opposite our building).
  3. Dress Code:
    • Adhere to the arcade’s dress code policy for a comfortable gaming experience. No vests, slippers, sunglasses, hats/caps or face coverings (sanitary masks allowed)(religious coverings allowed).
    • Guests are advised to opt for simple hairstyles and minimal makeup to ensure that VR headsets fit securely and comfortably. This helps maintain the quality of the VR experience and the hygiene of the equipment for all users.
  4. Health and Safety:
    • Follow any current health guidelines (e.g., mask-wearing, hand sanitization).
    • Report any health concerns or symptoms to the staff immediately.
  5. Equipment Usage:
    • Handle all gaming equipment and accessories with care.
    • Report any technical issues to staff promptly.
  6. Behavioral Conduct:
    • Respect other guests and staff.
    • Maintain appropriate behavior and language at all times.
  7. Food and Beverages:
    • Understand the arcade’s policy on outside food and beverages outlined within the ticket details
  8. Personal Belongings:
    • Keep your personal belongings safe; the arcade will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  9. Payment and Additional Purchases:
    • Ensure you understand the payment policy regarding bookings and reservations. Downpayments are made via online credit card and/or bank transfer. Balances are to be paid when you check-in for your reservation.
  10. Time Management:
    • Be mindful of your allocated time to ensure a smooth transition for the next guests.
  11. Feedback and Suggestions:
    • Provide feedback or suggestions to help improve the arcade experience.
  12. Departure:
    • Leave the gaming station tidy and vacate promptly at the end of your session.
